Steph is a certified healer who offers a meditative experience of deep listening through the use of bells, bowls, shakers and chimes. She will take you on a relaxing explorative journey of the mind and body.
Mink Hollow Lean-To with Susan Kukle and Bonnie Farrell

Devil’s Kitchen Lean-to Hike and Brunch
Hike from the Platte Clove Preserve to Devil’s Kitchen lean to, approximately 3 miles RT. Bring: your brunch; s’mores will be supplied! Leaders: Bonnie Farrell and Susan Kukle. No limit, all are welcome.
Reducing Anxiety Workshop with Gail Spindell, L.C.S.W
Identify techniques such as mindfulness, self-compassion, and positive self-talk to respond to the challenges of aging. Discussion topics may range from death, dying, grief and loss, to relationships and unfinished business.
